R. Metz is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser with his home office located
in Wabash, Indiana. He obtained his B.S. degree in Business from the
Bloomington campus of Indiana University with a concentration in Real Estate
Administration. Upon graduation in 1980, David returned to Wabash to begin
his appraising career. He established his early doctrine of exceptional
quality based on the highest level of professional standards. His doctrine
lives on and is apparent with the quality of clients dedicated to conduct
business with David, his associates and affiliates. The client list
includes the Indiana Attorney General's Office, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the
Indiana Department of Transportation, local banks & credit Unions, national
